Welfare Rights Service

The ILC Welfare Rights Service deals with Centrelink matters. This service provides independent and FREE advice to Centrelink pension recipients. We can explain your rights and entitlements and provide assistance to appeal against decisions. In some matters we are able to represent clients at the Tier 1 and Tier 2 Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

How we can help you with your Centrelink matter:

The law relating to Social Security falls under Commonwealth legislation. Therefore the law relates equally to Centrelink clients regardless of where they live in Australia.

We cover the Illawarra and South Coast and Wingecarribee regions.

For more information or to find out when you can speak with a Welfare Rights Advocate please phone 4276 1939. Face-to-face appointments are also available.

PLEASE NOTE:

Unfortunately we cannot give advice by email. We cannot protect any confidential information you send to us by email if we have not asked for that information.
