Our Financial Counselling Service provides FREE professional assistance to anyone experiencing financial difficulties. We can provide assistance over the phone or face to face about your options. We can also provide advocacy if necessary to resolve your problems. 

In addition to providing services at our Warrawong Office, we have six outreach services located in Wollongong, Warilla, Dapto, Unanderra, Corrimal and Nowra.

HOW WE CAN HELP
  • We can give you information and support to help you advocate for yourself
  • Inform you of your rights, obligations and options in relation to debt recovery, bankruptcy and other relevant consumer credit laws.
  • Provide information sessions and workshops on credit and debt matters to community and consumer groups upon request.
