This service can provide FREE information, advice and advocacy to new and existing clients. This includes help with applications and hearings in the NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal.

Permanent residents of caravan parks & manufactured home estates

Boarders and lodgers

Private tenants renting from a landlord and/or a real estate agent.

General rights & responsibilities
This session outlines the main rights and responsibilities of both tenants and landlords.Target audience: both workers and tenants.

The NSW Civil & Administrative Tribunal
Information on using the Tenancy Division of the Tribunal including how it works, applications, hearings and evidence. Target audience: tenants and workers.

Tenant Databases
Information about the use of tenant databases in NSW including when tenants can be listed and what they can do about inaccurate or unlawful listings. Target audience: workers.

Residential parks
A range of sessions can be provided focusing on specific issues or covering the main rights and responsibilities of residents and park owners. Target audience: park residents.
